For the princely sum of Two pounds,
eleven shillings and sixpence a year
Thomas Christie leased the present
Garden Centre site from the Duke of Gordon to develop a market garden and from this CHRISTIES of Fochabers evolved.

Six generations later the company is still
family owned. Ronald Christie with his
wife Christine and son, Neal, oversee a
diverse operation, the like of which his
great, great, great grandfather
could have never foreseen.

While Christine runs the Garden Centre
and Teapots Restaurant, Ronald and
sixth generation son Neal operate the
Forestry Division, growing and
supplying annually, millions of conifers
and native hardwoods throughout
the UK and Europe.
